Magikarp is a Water-type Pokémon. It can live in the dirtiest waters. Due to its low stats and its poor learnset, Magikarp is often considered the weakest Pokémon in existence. Famous for being very unreliable. Magikarp is an underpowered, pathetic Pokémon. I don't think having an opinion = being jealous.
Do people say the judges of American idol are jealous when they tell someone they can't sing? Uh, no. Lets drop that comeback.

- Gaia's best ABILITIES? They only used two items. There was no effort and the fish doesn't look like magikarp. No one is hating and no one is jealous. It's bad. Simple as that.
