Description:
Sailor Cosmos appears at the end of Vol. 18, Stars 9, Act 51 in the Sailor Moon manga. Some say she is the future form of Sailor Moon or Sailor Moon from a different time line. Her role is not very clear, but she says she is a coward who runs to the past. But she felt the courage and hope to go on when Eternal Sailor Moon sacrificed herself to save the Galaxy Cauldron.

She just needs some colors on her skirt...yellow is most prominent of the layers on it, but blue and I think it was pink need to be included as well. The rest is pretty spot on.
