Naruto Manga Chapter 499.
In his inner struggle with Kyuubi, Naruto was successfully able to separate Kyuubi from his chakra and imprisoned it within a new seal. Now having direct access to Nine Tails Chakra without interacting with it's will, gains a chakra shroud that resembles that of the Rikudo Sennin (Sage of Six Paths). With complete control over Kyuubi's power Naruto's new form is given the fan name Rikudo Naruto.

- No... I am just tiered of Naruto and all of the other ones that are done too often... The only difference with this Kyuubi is that it's a spoiler... Watch it in a few months this cosplay will have over 9ooo clones...
