The character cosplayed is the Youkai, Yuki-onna. (Meaning snow woman but I think snow-girl suits her better.) She’s one of Youkai who protects the grandson of Nurarihyon. She’s not a very strong fighter and can be a bit clumsy but she’s fiercely loyal. During one if the few times she’s shown fighting, she was using an ice naginata. (represented by frostbite) By the way, her eyes are freaky. Youkai are nocturnal.
