@Noctis: Given the items that are actually available to created a Kakashi avatar is very limited.
I say he did extremely well.

- This really didn't deserve to win. The colors are wrong but I can tolerate that. the flaws with his are : the Gloves are too long, The vest is could be better, they have a vest with a raised collar, & the shorts are just weird looking with the holster & the tights coming down under them. Then the fact that he had 3pages worth of friends give him a 5/5 is B.S.

- Its a great cosplay but its kinda overdone in like 2 ways. Too many details and there are a lot of Kakashi submissions.
