Description:
This is a cosplay of Freaky Fred, from Courage the Cowardly Dog.
Fred, is Muriel's nephew, escaped from a place known as "The home for freaky barbers", and he just can't stop cutting peoples hair!
He manages to shave ALL the hair off of Courage, and at the end of the episode, the camera pans away to Courage's behind, where the words "With love, Fred" can be seen.
Nonetheless, he was the BEST cartoon villain I have EVER seen, and this is my tribute to him.

- This guy never freaked me out. The only courage episode I remember freaking me out is the one with the mummy guy. Anyway good, miss this show alot 5/5.

- I DO love this, but ONE recommendation. Try and use White Drome Egg eyes for his eyes. I'm pretty sure there are green ones razz
