Description:
In the manga after Sailor Saturn helped destroyed Master Pharaoh 90 -- Sailor Pluto sealed them away within time. Super Sailor Moon used her powers as Neo-Queen Serenity to resurrect all that had been destroyed. This is the manga frame when Neo-Queen Serenity raises her staff up and making her the Messiah of Light.
I used the Rose Dress because the dress in the frame flows out a lot. The Dreamer's Wings are used for the bow.

- neo-queen serenity is Usagi not Usagi's mother from the past, so her hair needs to be blonde not gray

I just got done reading the manga, how different it is from the anime. O.o I love both. I like the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon...not the american version. Though I have to read the american manga. smile Anyway I love it.! - Report As Spam
