Sailor Cosmos appears at the end of Vol. 18, Stars 9, Act 51 in the Sailor Moon manga. Some say she is the future form of Sailor Moon or Sailor Moon from a different time line. Her role is not very clear, but she says she is a coward who runs to the past. But she felt the courage and hope to go on when Eternal Sailor Moon sacrificed herself to save the Galaxy Cauldron.

- Yeah, I think you should try the Rainbow Jumbilee for the dress. I don't really remember what her shoe looks like, but mabey try Angelic Lace?

I can't remember what Cosmos's shoes look like, but maybe use something a little dressier for them. The Champagne party shoes from HR Wesley might be a good option, but without a larger ref. pic. I can't really say.
