Naruto Manga Chapter 499.
In his inner struggle with Kyuubi, Naruto was successfully able to separate Kyuubi from his chakra and imprisoned it within a new seal. Now having direct access to Nine Tails Chakra without interacting with it's will, gains a chakra shroud that resembles that of the Rikudo Sennin (Sage of Six Paths). With complete control over Kyuubi's power Naruto's new form is given the fan name Rikudo Naruto.

- very nicely done, agreed with what ZakeraZero said, some gaian arena lurkers when they see a naruto cosplay they jumps to the conclusion that it's been already been done, blah blah blah, they dont even see how original a cosplay is, combining gaia items related and not related to the naruto franchise and making it look like the character itself, a very good cosplay man, too bad i wasnt able to vote for this but still 5/5
