Woof is a member of the 2019, Jokerz gang. Never seeming to be anything more than comic relief, Woof decided it was time for something drastic. When he caught wind of Dr. Able Cuvier's new "splicing" technology, he leapt at the chance; infusing his genetic makeup, with that of a spotted Hyena.
His plan worked but, while he's taken a little more seriously by his teammates, it's mostly because Woof seems to have "DE-evoled" into a giggling, snarling monster. - Date: 04/01/2012
