Was thinking about the anime Death Parade and I've been doing variations of Decim avatars. I wanted a sad one this time, about the episode "Memento Mori." I'm not spoiling it for anyone, so if you haven't seen it you probably won't understand the background.
The purple strings, and bathtub are reference to Chiyuki.
NOTE I orginally wanted the bg that's in my reference image, but it covers the bathtub so I went with this one instead. - Date: 04/15/2015

- The ref image is usually for the source of the cosplay. Next time try to make a gif at the very least so you can show what you wanted as well as your source.
