HOW THE HELL DID THIS WIN?
this is the most common naruto cosplay other then naruto and sasuke of course. he never at one point in time carried a sword and he never had a black belt. also the hair just SUCKS its too light and it does not even look like it. you totally screwed him up. Look at tenten in 7th place she did good because she was not a dumbass that decided to add stuff that the character never used.
