Magikarp is a Water-type Pokémon. It can live in the dirtiest waters. Due to its low stats and its poor learnset, Magikarp is often considered the weakest Pokémon in existence. Famous for being very unreliable. Magikarp is an underpowered, pathetic Pokémon. - I've only played up to the Crystal version, so I don't understand this "Magikarp workin in conunction with Smeargle" stuff :<

- It's only considered a 'fail' if no one uses it right. There's actually a YouTube video that shows a Magikarp (with 1 HP left, and working in conjunction with Smeargle (which used Belly Drum and a berry to increase attack and speed respectively), owned another person's legendaries by just using Flail.
