For all the idiots in the world a cosplay is about a character not of what there in i could get a person to cosplay as Yuki Nagato in a dress and it still be considered cosplay even if she is in the dress it doesn't matter what there wearing as long as its a character wow idiots.
I may not like that naruto is over running the arena's but oh well get over it
