Selene was stabbed in the shoulder by the Lycan leader Lucian. She and Micheal were in a car, trying to get away from Lucian. Selene blacks out at the wheel & they crash into the river. That's why I have the water and the arm bandage.
I couldn't find a gun, so cut me some slack on that 1...
