- Artist: Seijuro the Fallen Dragon
- Description: As one of the first members of his class to reach the rank of Jounin, Neji is one of the most reknowned ninja in Konoha. His skills include mastery of the Byakugan, which afford him almost 360 vision and the ability to see the flow of chakra. The name "Neji" is a play on the word "screw," which most likely refers to his "Kaiten" technique where he releases chakra from his body and spins rapidly to repel incoming attacks. This is a cosplay of Neji as an ANBU member. Hope you like it!

Ditto to Laia Moon with the drum/scroll.
But when would Neji ever use a scroll?
He relies on his kekkei genkai abilities, which is essentially taijutsu that involves no weapons/animals/objects whatsoever. Thus, why would he need to summon anything?
Although, it is a nice touch. :3
I fully understand the kunai and katana though. All ANBU have swords, and all ninja have the basic weaponry - including kunai.

- It´s cool, looks a lot like Neji. The drum is a bit random, though. I´m guessing it´s meant to be one of those huge summoning scrolls or something? It´s the only thing that I like less. Good job.
