The reason for the raincloud is more of symbolism than anything. In my eyes it represents the darkness you get when you claim the death note. I'd love some advice to make her better!

- First off very nice job. As for advice, your ref pic doesn't have buckles on her boots, so I would have went with black leather boots or goth starter black boots. You still are getting 5/5 though because it looks amazing
