Rini, from the hit anime Sailor Moon, turned into Wicked Lady by the evil Wise Man. She was brainwashed into thinking that no one loved her, and was evil herself. The only one she trusted was her favorite toy Luna P.

EDIT: Here's Wicked Lady attacking Sailor Moon with an umbrella. Also, tiara is supposed to be the Black Moon, and the bow is supposed to be her buns for her hair.
