This is Cosmo's Adult Form.Her destiny was to sacrifice herself to stop Dark Oak and bring peace to the universe. She transforms into this form and immobilizes the bomb Dark Oak set to destroy the universe. Tails then has to fire the Power Cannon at Cosmo to destroy the bomb. Tails does so, but with much sadness because he has to kill his best friend and one true love...
