This is Gauche Suede when he was still a Letter Bee. Along side him is his Dingo(not to be confused with the animal of the same name), Roda. As a Letter Bee, he is to deliver letters at all cost.

The lunar clip was to represent the bee on his hat, and ignore the circle things on the scarf. And yellow on the jacket.
