This is Elwood Blues from the movie "The Blues Brothers". Elwood and his brother Jake take on a "mission from God" to reunite their blues band, The Blues Brothers, and earn $5,000 to save the Roman Catholic orphanage the grew up in.
This movie also holds the record of most cop cars crashed in one movie.
