I have been wanting to do a Ryu/Hadouken avi forever now.
Since Gaia finally gave us his headband, I was able to complete the outfit.
I had originally wanted to use the Jellyfish Sheld to make more of a firing Hadouken, but once I added an effect from Ebineezer's Carol, I decided it would look alot better as a charging effect.
This is an homage to all my fellow street fighter fans.

HINT: your Ryu looks like he's as calm as hell. Next time you enter him, mak him look more battle-ready like the fighter he truly is.
