Ryoko Hakubi is a space pirate who was defeated by Yosho nearly seven hundred years before her release by Tenchi. She was created by Washu, who combined her egg cells with that of amorphous creatures called the Masu she also used it to create Ryo-Ohki as well .
*Don't downvote me or say her outfit is the wrong color, I tried to find the right colors for the outfit and since gaia doesn't have any green that matches well I went for blue. Also pongo on her head is representing Ryo-Ohki* - Date: 04/04/2009

But I think I love you.
I have NEVER seen a Ryoko cosplay, and to tell you the truth, you just made my day. It's not a n00bish one, either.
Great job! Though you may have been able to get a better Ryo-oh-ki. And for all the others out there, Ryoko DOES have an outfit that looks exactly like that. - Report As Spam
