The Princess Version of Serena from the Sailor Moon series.
I did not use the long pigtails. The front looks NOTHING like her hair. I would rather the hair be correct without the long pigtails then have the pigtails with the wrong color, no meatballs and crappy bangs.
Serena is the reincarnation of Princess Serenity. Serenity is often shown with silver hair, not blond. they are technically the same person.
