Along with other stolen and reprogramed robots such as Gutsman, Cutsman, Bombman, Snakeman, Elecman, Sparkman, Darkman, Pharohman, Iceman, Fireman, Woodsman, Windman, etc., he leads them in his feeble attempts to stop Megaman and help Dr. Wiley take over New York and eventually the world.
