- Description: "The Wolves of Mibu" As they where called by the Imperialist rebels. They served as a special police force in Kyoto for the Tokugawa Shogunate. They where removed or killed off by assasins and samurai in the pitched street fighting that consumed Kyoto in the later half of the Boshin War. They where founded and originally commanded by Serizawa Kamo, KondÅ Isami, and Niimi Nishiki. This faction was one of the largest single groups the Shogun Tokugawa Iemochi had serving him.
