Grell is the ambiguously-gendered shinigami from the anime Kuroshitsuji.
The hair doesn't want to cooperate with this pose, which is unfortunate. Even more unfortunate is my lost battle with the item layering. That heartstring that you can barely see around his/her neck is, in fact, supposed to be on the OUTSIDE of the shirt. Oh well.

- The smile is there because Grell is quite insane and has fanged teeth. Might I refer anyone curious to the image found at http://img3.cdn.crunchyroll.com/i/spire2/6942aa1bb1ace86d5c80a6f499a106391232311011_full.png. That shows the fangs moderately well.
