This is the Greg Saunders Vigilante (the one who actuly dress like a Vigilante) not the Adrian Chase, Alan Welles or, Dave Winston ones (The ones with the V on the mask). Most people probly know him from JLU.
This was the best I could do with him. If you can do better I'd very much like to see it.

- impressively done, i made a vigilante recently then thought i'd put it in the arenas but you beat me to the punch mate (using most of the items i did i might add)
