It can be found at http://www.spoonyexperiment.com/ I would have liked to do a different Dr. Insano look, but Gaia doesn't have any equipable Steam Irons, Plyers, or anti-magic field generators. Not that I know of, anyways. I didn't look very hard xP I wasn't quite sure what hair to go with, but I think this one is the best choice.
