He is a Psychic/Steel type and is week against fire he is the second to last Pokemon in the Hoenn region To obtain a Jirachi u must buy a special version of Pokemon Collusium and download him in to your GBA

- Nice try, but it's been done before, with much better success. Also, when you're doing a cosplay, reference pictures are a good thing to have.
