Description:
A cosplay of Ling Yao, the character from "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood", who was arrested by Amestrian police officers, after he came to Amestris with Ed, Al, Winry and his bodyguards. He was sent to jail, because he didn't have any documents enabled him to be in Amestris and unfortunately nobody believed him that he was the prince of Xing. Poor Ling, but hey, who said the life of young prince would be easy?
