This is Tetsuo Shima, for those how don't know, Tetsuo Shima is an incredibly important character from Akira and quite frankly has put a massive influence into the Anime/Manga world. My take on Tetsuo is incredibly simple because he only consists of what was shown in the film :) The eyes and the mouth suite because of his atittude earlier in the film when hes taken those capsules (Fans will know what I mean :) ). The reference was made by me :)
