This is Haruhi Fujioka from the shojo mange series, Ouran High School Host Club. On day she broke a vase from the club that costs 80k, so now in order to repay the debt she has to be in disguise of a boy and work for the club. Eventually she gets along and get to know more of the club's members.

as i will restate what pretty much everyone said, yes, haruhi's hair is indeed a chocolate brown
i suggest using the handsome or kirei eyes, also

- Yeah okay, it it brown hair I know. I realized that the day after I entered. I couldn't change it, so yeah....I'm gonna reenter next time with a better Haruhi though.......
