- Not necessarily mate,Although possible if not held right,A sniper could break your shoulderblade,But the schematics of a sniper is really just a rifle with a scope,Take the russian Mosin nagant for one,It can be used one handed,But the pressure could break an arm if not held right.Even a modern M10A4 is possible to be held in such a way.
