- No this is not what he looks like, and I HATE this show. his mask is only on 1 side, he is paler, and his clothes are not right

- The mask is the same as he wore when he dressed as Death, but his outfit was red, not black. Also, no matter what version I look at, he was deformed from birth, not from an accident. The skin is not nearly pale enough, but other than what I said here, not bad.

- You almost got the description correct. Depending on the version, he got the deformity in different ways, but I do not know of one when he got it from burns. The original story, by Gaston Leroux, depicted him as having been born with the deformity, but it affected his entire face from jaw to forehead. What version are you referencing? I cannot think of one.
