Originally a member of the Tokyo Police Force, Zenigata was transferred to Interpol to allow him to travel the globe after Lupin.

- It brings a tear to my eye that there are other people that know about L3. Quite an accurate Zennigata, though next time, use somewhat of a bush eyebrows and a scowl. But other than that, great job.
