Brad Majors & Janet Weiss arrive and see Transylvanians dance the Time Warp, celebrating Frank-N-Furter's great success; the secret to life. He makes himself a man, with blonde hair and a tan; good for relieving his, "tension". More craziness ensues as Columbia, Rocky, Brad, Janet, and Dr. Everett Scott take part in a floor show.
