No, you're wrong about that. Since the time he's been in the Akatsuki, he's had the mangekyou sharingan.
And this looks more like Sasuke when he joins the Akatsuki. Also, if this is Itachi, you should have the lines underneath the eyes. Better hair too, cause he's not Sasuke -_-

- dude i think its awesome and besides thats sort af what itachis hair is exept longer and doesnnt have long bangs that goes up to his eyes and in a pony tail but you cant see it so and turn his eyes red at least 5/5
