Ahah, this brings back some great memories!
That song was so catchy. Though I think you could have done better for the hair, I like it!
Another thing is the skin on the avatar, looks too white.
Should have more blue-ish tones, maybe you could have gone with "Masterpeice"? Though I am not sure you can layer items on top of it for the eyes. Overall I have to give it a 3.5
