He is a voodoo witch doctor and palm reader from Louisiana who tricks Prince Naveen into a fake palm reading and turns him into a frog.He is a master of the dark arts which allows him to cast curses or spells on both humans and objects, such as turning Prince Naveen into a frog and bringing his voodoo masks to life.
I know the hat doesnt have a skull, nor the feather but there are no good hats for him. Also his can is usually under his hand so you dont see the purple gem on it. - Date: 12/02/2009

I agree with Anhelitta. If your logic stands, then some of the best Cosplays wouldn't be here. Cosplay doesn't just cover anime, you know.
Anyway, more to the point, This gets a 5/5 for being the first Princess and the Frog cosplay I've seen!

- by that reasoning axel-sama over half of what is put in here shouldn't be here...there is nothing wrong with people doing disney, pixar, etc characters. they win-case in point Aladdin from last week. this looks prety good though. i would have suggested the skull patch to see if it would layer with the hat.
