Parkent: No, watch the cartoon. He's called the Mouse King. He's a rat, but refers to himself as King of Mice since his subjects are... well, mice (quote: today, King of Mice, tonight King of Dolls, tomorrow... King of Everthing!!! *insane laughter*)
