- I kind of feel like the second fan is used to block a lack of an accurate bottom. There are other fans that seem to match the color theme of the character a lot better (some of the shop fans). I think with a little more work this could be nearly perfect. Perhaps one of the smaller fans would block less leg so stockings could be displayed with a pair of heels that match the corset, and the ref picture (though I may be wrong) appears to be a bowtie and not a necklace.

That one fan sort of blocks my view of her lower half but from what i can see this looks fairly well done. I would suggest looking into a top that has a bit more white at the top though. the cream-ish tavern wenches bustier could be a faint possibility.
