Now then ^^ this is Beyond Birthday from Death Note: Another Note...he was one of L's first generation of successors. After his obsession with L grew out of control he left Wammy's House and challenged L...and thus Another Note was created.
His weird quirks like we know all people from Wammy's has is his love for jam and making straw dolls or Wara Ningyo.

Best BB cosplay and you've used the black top which is what a lot of BB cosplayers fail at. 5/5 for the blood, top, eyes, voodoo doll, well everything.
