Harley Quinn or formally known as Dr. Harleen Quinzel is a fictional character from the video game Batman: Arkham Asylum, the cartoon Batman: TAS & also several comics from the Batman series. However, this is the outfit that is worn by her in Arkham Asylum.
[ Her mask is my biggest issue as of now. I wanted hair that would show her forehead like in the picture while having a mask that looks somewhat plastered to her face. Constructive criticism is always appreciated & please vote fairly! - Date: 03/28/2010
