Quite possibly the oldest character appearing only in gen III (Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald). The male version was later changed to Veteran while the older female didn't make a renewed appearance. More often than not she could be found in rockier areas battling besides her faithful fighting Pokemon.
Pokemon Expert is proof that Pokemon is and will always be loved by those young and old.
