Cheap ripoff of Ciel that the creators thought would make 'cool' by making him a COMPLETE PSYCHOPATH. >:O Do not like him, do not like, do not like! (This is why I only read the manga now!)
As far as the cosplay goes, I'd say it's pretty good. I wish there was a bigger black neckerchief on gaia, but there isn't... Oh wells.
