In a specific chapter in the manga, and episode in the Anime, Ciel is seen wearing a black spiffy outfit for the Queen of England during a festive championship over who would be titled the best Chef of London.
I must admit I added a but more stuff to make him seem more of his noble heir title, and to not seem lacking. To be honest, it seems as if he dressed up for a painting.

- In the anime, the outfit was not that cluttered. it was a simple black outfit. I don't understand why you put so much clutter. Thats the whole killer of the avvi, and the wannabe Sebas-chan that Gaia came out with. It would have been better without. And like the others said. Reference pictures.
