- actually he does sometimes like when outside and stuff, and I put shoes on him for that reason, I wanted his WHOLE outfit

This is okay. The new hair is perfect for it. I think the palest skin tone would have been best since-- he's just completely white. Not much pigment to L. The smile is cute. You could have done without the shoes (at least in that scene he's not wearing them) and I may have chosen different jeans. There's not much to do with L though so... XD He's overdone. Good luck anyway. o uo
