i decided to cosplay as Kaku from One Piece. Kaku is one of the carpenters from Water 7. Further in the series, it turns out that Kaku is one of the members of the government's CP9. for 5 years, Kaku and his fellow CP9 members have been undercover, trying to obtain the blueprints of the weapon Pluton. Kaku's has the devil fruit power that allows him to transform into a giraffe.

- It made me sad when I learned that he was one of CP9, but I love his giraffe form. It's annoying how Kalifa just mastered her devil fruit, so I loved the chaos Kaku caused with his power. 5/5
