This extremely cynical character who pretends to play God, really needs no further introduction. One thing you could probably learn from him though is, that If you are ever caught in a tough situation. Just deny, Act, and deny some more.
Because apparently if your good enough you can get away with it xD
Anyways, I just happened to come across this outfit while messing around in my inventory.
